missing housekeeping absent daily cleaning
The room was not properly cleaned. I returned after a long day to find the room in disarray. The bed was unmade and the bathroom was not cleaned. The reception staff indicated that rooms are only serviced if a request sign is displayed. This is unacceptable for a hotel. I expect daily cleaning without needing to ask. The absence of daily housekeeping significantly impacted my stay.

Acceptable, but With Issues
faulty bathroom door weak shower
The location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants.
I found that the glass door of the bathroom did not close properly. This really compromised privacy. The shower pressure was also weak. I would have expected a functional bathroom in a hotel of this caliber.

lovely stay
charging station seating area large shower
the room was clean. it had charging stations by the bed. a seating area with a nice couch was available. i found a large shower with good counter space. i was very happy about the excellent service. the bartender was accommodating (i really enjoyed the drinks).
the key system was not working , requiring staff escort for room access.

the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was consistently helpful and courteous. they offered assistance with directions and recommendations. the staff's positive attitude was noticeable throughout the hotel.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to many restaurants and bars (a great convenience). it was a short walk to the beach. having popular cafes and restaurants nearby was also a plus. the central location was ideal.

Clean stay near the beach
helpful staff spacious room
John at reception was very helpful, a real asset. He was still very pleasant even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 3 AM. The location was good, right on the shopping street near to the beach. Beach towels are supplied at the hotel. I found a very nice spacious room. It was a standard studio but a really good size with a lovely spacious bathroom.
I did not like that the front desk service was not good. The lady with dark hair working there did not want to tag our suitcases after checkout. She just gave us the stickers and told us we should do it. This is not the level of service I expect.

The beautiful suite included coffee and water each morning. the room size was very generous. I found the room well decorated with necessary amenities, and all were clean. Bedding was comfy, and the hotel itself was super clean.

The location is excellent, just moments from the beach. This hotel location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. I appreciated being a short walk to the beach and close to main attractions. The hotel is on the shopping strip.
